Just wanted to say thank you for the great service! Reputable garage that I'd definitely buy from again. The car I bought had a few problems with (as older cars do) but nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them as they sorted the problems out straight away with no issues at all! Customer service is 5*, completely happy to help with any issue and very quick and efficient with everything. Thank you!

Really great dealership to buy from. They sold me a BMW Z4 e89 - there were a few very minor teething issues that you would expect with a 14 year old BMW which they sorted quickly under warranty. Communication and service throughout was top notch, and it’s nice for a garage to actually honour its warranties when you hear so many horror stories about other dealerships. Can’t recommend them enough!

The person we dealt with was amazing no pushy sales patter but very helpful when we asked questions I would highly recommend this company to buy a car from very helpful and nothing to much trouble even when I had to phone on several occasion to ask questions I had on my ins due to putting private plate on

've dealt with GG Steel for the last 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are an honest company, with exceptional staff. The Sales Team know their customers and know their cars. Always ready to help where they can. A professional, but personal approach - each time I've changed my car, I've given my requirements & there's a car there. Anything that needs doing, is completed. I don't go anywhere else as I trust GG Steel and know I will be well looked after. Andy the Manager and Steve the Sales Executive. Not forgetting the repair department and body shops they use. Fabulous work. The receptionist is always polite, friendly and accommodating.

My son recently bought a red 67 reg VW Golf from GG Steel. I made the initial enquiry and test drove the car prior to my son viewing it. From the outset upon meeting Steve he was friendly, relaxed and easy going. I highlighted a few minor issues with the car eg peeling rear bumper paint work, windscreen chip, upholstery and rear wiper replacement. He immediately made promises to rectify them prior to my son viewing the car 3 days later. We arrived and all issues had been resolved to our satisfaction so we went ahead with the purchase. Steve provided updates to me throughout the process and on the day of purchase provided extra assurance through an extended warranty at a very reasonable price. All in all a very pleasant and agreeable experience.

Was looking for a new to me car and come across Andy and the team at ggsteel there service is absolutely fantastic top notch even if I have any questions or issues there always there ready to help and everytime someone asks me about cars I tell them to go here because my experience has been 100% from buying the car to after sales service they have restored my faith in local garage customer service

Recently bought a beautiful Mercedes E Class Coupe, Andy was a top notch gentlemen and so was the other staff. Slight issue with the car but Andy was adamant to order the part there and then and also paid for the labour. Couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.
