The best service from a car dealer/garage I have had. Literally done everything via phone and internet. I Liked the car, asked for videos of said car and any documentation to hand( which was extensive) Paid a holding deposit. I then travelled by train to the nearby train station which on a Saturday is Gainsborough. I was met by John, the dealers driver. (A very nice man) Met up with salesman Steve and was welcomed with coffee, we went through the relevant documents and completed the deal. Very happy with the process and the dealership. Was a good overall buying experience. They were prompt, helpful and did all the things they said they would do regarding the van I purchased. Also they did a proper M.O.T which highlighted a couple of issues which they fixed before delivering the van. Overall I would recommend buying from G G Steel as they are a trustworthy dealer.

Very professional on the phone with regards to the car we were interested in looking at, on arrival meet Steve & discussed all details regarding the car, then left to look over the car. Then allowed to take the car for test drive with trade plates on our own which was very relaxed & under no pressure. On return again atmosphere relaxed, discussed the test drive etc without & heavy sales pressure. yes, would gladly recommend GG Steel. P.s we did purchase the car, with full MOT & previous MOT advisories fixed Plus full service at no extra cost.
